How to reach the right inbox

Start your subject line with one of the prefixes below. All of them route to the same address; the prefix helps us prioritize.

• "Tip:" for new product launches, emerging trends, or stories we should cover
• "Correction:" for factual errors in a published post (please include the post URL)
• "PR:" for press releases or review-unit offers (read the Partnerships section below first)
• "Legal:" for privacy requests, copyright concerns, or any other legal matter
• "CCPA:" for California Consumer Privacy Act requests specifically

Story tips

Spotted a new product launch we should cover? An emerging trend? A scam we should warn readers about? Send it with the "Tip:" prefix. We read every tip, but we cannot promise to cover every one. Tips that include a link to a primary source (manufacturer page, press release, official spec sheet) get our attention faster.

Corrections

If we got something wrong in a post, please email us with "Correction:" in the subject, a link to the post, and a brief description of what is incorrect. We aim to acknowledge within 48 hours and publish a verified correction within five business days. Our full correction policy is in our editorial policy.

Partnerships and PR

We do not accept paid placements, sponsored posts, or editorial guest posts. We do accept review units from manufacturers, with the editorial standards described in our editorial policy.

If you are a PR contact: please do not send unsolicited mass press releases. We do not republish them. If you want us to consider a product for review, a brief email describing what makes the product interesting, the launch date, and where reviewers can buy or borrow it is enough.

Legal, privacy, and copyright

For privacy requests (GDPR or CCPA), copyright concerns, or other legal inquiries, email us with "Legal:" in the subject line. We respond within statutory windows (30 days for GDPR, 45 days for CCPA). See our privacy policy for what data we hold (almost none) and our terms of use for the legal framework that governs the site.
